Once your order has been processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number allowing you to follow your package at each stage prior to receipt.

For deliveries within Canada, Handle & Wire ships with Canada Post's Expedited Parcel Service from our Quebec City warehouse. Delivery is within one to six business days depending on your location.

Handle & Wire is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, such as exceptional weather conditions, increased traffic during Christmas shopping, or postal strikes. Please note that your package may arrive earlier than the estimated date.

Contact customer service by email or chat and indicate in the subject of the email: “CANCELLATION OF ORDER #0012345” .
Please note that we prepare and deliver all orders within 24 to 48 hours. If the order has already been shipped, we cannot cancel it.
