At HANDLE & WIRE, we take pride in our products, choosing high-quality materials and components to create and assemble our jump ropes. We also make the same rigorous selections for accessories and clothing, paying particular attention to the quality of the materials and design.
As the company is still developing, we are aware that some products may have minor defects. Therefore, we offer the following guarantees:
- CABLE
30-day warranty following the date of receipt* on abnormal wear of the cable sheath and breakage of the strands making up the cable braid.
The cable is the part of the rope that is most exposed to wear from friction on the ground during each jump. After thirty (30) days, we consider it normal wear.
- HANDLES
Unlimited warranty on the ball bearing mechanism and parts. The anodizing color is due to normal wear and tear in case of discoloration.
In case of breakage, the repair will be carried out in our workshop. The shipping of the handles is at the customer's expense and the return is at our expense.
- CLOTHES
30-day warranty on seams and prints. Finished seams are not guaranteed. A print that fades in the first wash is considered a defect.
