HANDLE & WIRE offers the possibility of returning products within 30 days of the shipping date provided they are in their original condition.
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. Product cost, shipping costs, and taxes will be fully refunded upon receipt and inspection.
HANDLE & WIRE reserves the right to refuse a return that does not comply with these conditions and to return it to the buyer at the latter's expense.
Return conditions:
All products must be returned to HANDLE & WIRE in perfect condition. The product must meet the following conditions:
- Have all original labels and stickers.
- Be in its original packaging including all parts.
- Be in a condition similar to shipping with no signs of use.
Returning your order
Place the products you wish to return in the original container and seal it.

Choose the carrier of your choice :
The choice of carrier is at your discretion. However, we recommend Canada Post services as they offer a good cost/speed ratio.
Bring your package to the carrier's service point and have it shipped to the following address:

You can also use the carrier's online services and drop off your package at a service point or PO box.
Refund
Once your order is returned and received, it will be inspected and we will notify you of the decision. The refund will be issued to your Paypal account or credit card depending on the payment method.
