Each Handle & Wire jump rope comes with a warranty. The warranty covers the mechanism and handle parts indefinitely. Discoloration of the handles and wear of the rope cable resulting from continuous friction are considered normal wear and tear. The cable warranty is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase.

It depends on what's broken — nothing dramatic, we'll look at it together 👀

👉 If the cable's insulation starts to peel off , it's usually normal wear and tear. In this case, you can easily get a replacement cable and be good as new.

👉 If the problem is with a handle , good news: it's often repairable . I'd be happy to take a look at it for you and see what we can do. Depending on the situation, shipping fees may apply .
