ABDOCORDE is an ab and jump rope workout you can do at home with or without equipment (yes, even without a jump rope). Perfect for complementing your daily workout, getting you going in the morning, or taking an active break.

This week's workout is the first of the free ab and jump rope workouts that will be published weekly on the HANDLE & WIRE website. The exercises are simple and can be done at your own pace.

The timing of the movements is prioritized so that you can do the number of repetitions you can do today and perform them well. Make sure that the abdominal contractions are maximal, that is, performed with control and power.

If you don't have your jump rope with you, jump the same way you would if you did. Since you can't get your feet caught in the rope, be mindful of your posture and the position and movement of your hands.

Training

Complete 2 or 3 rounds of the following circuit
Breaks: 15 sec. between each exercise. 45 sec. between rounds.

1. 1min Single jump
2. 30sec Sit-up
3. 30sec Bicycle crunch
4. 1 min Single jump alternating feet
5. 30sec Crunch
6. 30sec Mountain climbers
