If your order is a pre-order , it means production is underway. In this case, shipping can take up to approximately 3 weeks . We prefer to be transparent—and above all, to deliver a flawless product to you.

Delivery times may be slightly longer. Once the order has been shipped, please allow 9 business days or more , depending on the country and customs clearance.
In all cases, you will receive a confirmation and tracking email as soon as your order leaves the workshop.
🔧What do I do if it breaks?
It depends on what's broken — nothing dramatic, we'll look at it together 👀
👉 If the cable's insulation starts to peel off , it's usually normal wear and tear. In this case, you can easily get a replacement cable and be good as new.
👉 If the problem is with a handle , good news: it's often repairable . I'd be happy to take a look at it for you and see what we can do. Depending on the situation, shipping fees may apply .
